Each year we work with corporate clients to plan their trips to the Alps. We have a number of properties that are ideally suited for corporate usage. These hotels, apartments and chalets will typically have flexible bedroom configurations to sleep guests either in twin or sole occupancy rooms, as well as being centrally located so that access to other key resort services is on the doorstep. Beyond this though, we recognise that any corporate event is an investment by your company, with specific aims and objectives. We will help you realise those, whether your trip is for:

What makes our corporate ski trips different…?

Bespoke Branded Itinerary

No two companies are the same and neither are two of our trips. Our concierge team will work with your company to develop a specific itinerary just for your group. We’ll even brand it for you, if needed, and send you materials to engage delegates before the trip. We know that organising large groups of people can be difficult so we usually recommend that this is planned to a detailed level. This means each day your delegates will have a clear agenda from breakfast to dinner, with dedicated times set out for business activities and of course some fun as well. It goes without saying that the team will also make all relevant reservations with suppliers, so all your team need to worry about is enjoying the experience.

Inclusive Packages For Delegates

Every trip has a budget and we recognise this will typically need advance approval and sign off. To make this easier, we can provide a clear package on a per delegate basis which is inclusive of transfers, equipment hire, passes, instruction and any other activity that we plan as part of the itinerary. This means that from early in the planning process we can work with you to a set budget and ensure the administrative elements of that are as simple as possible

Short Breaks and Split Weeks

Most of our clients choose to spend 3 to 4 days away on a trip and we can accommodate this most weeks of the season, with arrivals to suit your requirements. Many clients are now also seeking to maximise the return on their investment by planning split trips, where two sets of delegates (or perhaps family) share a whole week, with a midweek changeover. Whatever the requirement, we can be flexible and accommodating to your needs

Event Hosting and Ski Guiding

Our experienced team will be prepped and on hand to orchestrate the ski trip from the moment your team arrives, ensuring that the agenda runs flawlessly and your goals are met. Typically, we would also work with an experienced instructor to act as a guide when you’re out on the slopes. Employing their local knowledge also means you get to see the best of the ski area, even if your time is in short supply.
